Browser extension data

If you use the Check Elsewhere browser extension, the extension may extract stay details visible on the page you are viewing, such as:

• property title;

• dates and guest counts;
• visible price and currency;
• cancellation or taxes/fees text if visible.

The extension is designed to capture structured stay information only after you interact with it. You should review and edit extracted details before submitting them.

The extension is not designed to collect your booking-platform password, cookies, authentication tokens, payment card details, private messages, or full browsing history.

Technical and usage data

We may automatically collect technical data such as:

• approximate location inferred from IP address or browser settings;
